Just dropping by to greet my fellow tour hosts.
I am enjoying these stories too and reading what everyone else has to say. Not being much of a TV or newspaper person I don’t run into as much of the stuff you metion in the media as some probably but still unfortunately stumble across it from time to time and i agree that books like this are a pleasant alternative to what we are most often offered by the media.

This book sounds amazing. I do believe in Angels and have had things happen to my family that leads me to believe this. I love inspirational books, so this is right up my alley.
Thanks so much for sharing.
I am loving this blog tour, too.

I think this would be a terrific book to read. I don’t have any personal angel stories but do believe a gaurdian angel is always with me!

God is an amazing God, and His angels are a treat for us to experience. I have several angel stories.
Once, when I was 22 years old, leaving a Calvary Chapel Downey Wednesday night church service at 9pm, I saw large woman waiting at the bus stop. I heard the Lord tell me to give her a ride. I argued with God, stating I only had enough gas to get home and wouldn’t have any more money until my check was automatically deposited the next morning. As I continued driving towards the freeway in disobedience, my heart pounded harder and harder until I could stand it no longer. I turned around. She was still at the bus stop, so I parked in the parking lot behind a small building that blocked her view of me, but I could see ahead if a bus came. I asked the Lord to prove to me in His word that He definitely wanted me to give her a ride. The verse Hebrews 13:2 came to mind. When I looked it up I read, “Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels.” Quickly I drove around the corner now eager to pick her up, since a bus had not come by. I prayed God would increase the gas in my car as I rounded the corner. But to my surprise, she wasn’t there. I sped down the street to make sure there wasn’t a bus, but I never saw one. She had just vanished.
O.K. since you asked, I tell you another event:
After driving 12 hours home from vacation, it was 1am. I was driving south on Hwy 5 through Camp Pentelton and my family was asleep in the car. I could see the Oceanside pier lit in the distance indicating we were almost home. I was having trouble staying awake, but I didn’t want to stop being so close to home. After trying to sing out loud, and turn the cold air-conditioning on my face, I prayed that God would keep me awake long enough to get us home safely. God prompted me to look in the passenger rear view mirror, and to my amazement a silhouette of a being (head, shoulders, body in a gown, not flowing:) was traveling with our Chevy Suburban on the right rear fender. “OH! WOW!” I exclaimed out loud, waking my husband who asked if everything was alright. I told him what just happened, but he went back to sleep before I could finish. But now I was FULLY awake, with no chance of nodding off from the excitement of what I just witnessed.
Thanks for asking. I hope someone is blessed by God’s great care and guidance, leading them to trust He is mighty to save.
