Melissa’s Cozy Teacup

Now that the weather is warming up, Estate sales and garage sales are popping up everywhere. I stopped by one today with a very talkative German woman keeping an eye on things downstairs. It was a bit sad. First, the wife fied a few years back and now the husband at the age of 84. What did I take away? A bag of old (read-cute) stationary and cards, and the importance of burning fancy candles. Yes, I know, but she had some very lovely Christmas candles that she was saving and had never burned. Now, someone else will own them and probably burn them, or they will sit on their new owner’s shelf for who knows how long until that person dies, etc.
