I am in a bit of a fog today. Tech Hubby kept waking me up last night, snoring. He has this habit of tucking his fist under his chin which cuts off his breathing. He often wakes up in the morning with a bruise under his chin and one on his knuckle.

Over the weekend, we went to a Chinese restaurant called, Hunan Springs. It serves up the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. The chef served our dishes with a carrot flower garnish. I took mine home so I could show you.

On each table were different plastic place mats. Some were Winnie the Pooh, Disney Princesses, pastel colors and shapes, it was nice to see a restaurant having some fun and not taking itself too seriously.
