Spring is almost here, but not quite.

We’re going to go visit our friends, ‘Bob’ and “Martha’ tomorrow. We met them when we attended another church. He’s a cowboy at heart and she’s a girly-girly like me.  Tech Hubby asked me last week what day would work for me and I said any day but Friday in case I wanted to go and paint some more with the ladies like I did last Friday. Well, I never occurred to me that he would schedule an outing before home group night. I keep forgetting, men just don’t think the same way we women do. Yes, please schedule a play date for us on the day when I have to cook dinner for 6 people and do a once over on the house to make sure everything is perfect before everyone arrives and tomorrow is also the first night the new couple is coming over. Ack!

If I have a relapse, someone out there please bring me chicken soup. I like it with noodles.
