I get up this morning, and do my usual routine which includes visiting my blog friends’ sites. I follow some links and end up at Christian Women On-line Magazine. I thought, ‘Hey, this looks good. I think I’ll add myself to their blog roll and add them to mine.’ Yeah. It always starts out so innocent, eh? Then, you end up looking like this…

My blog code stuff doesn’t have a side bar widget.I have very, and I do mean very limited experience in cutting and pasting code, but hey, I had done it successfully twice this morning so a third time should be no sweat. Right? Right. I had already added their link code myself and it came out fine and dandy. However, I didn’t like how it looked on my site, so I went to delete it thinking I’d come back later and mess with it some more after church. Well, when I went to delete it, I went up too far and deleted too much code. My blog went blank. Have you seen that commercial on t.v. where the guy’s car is stolen and the brick wall has eyes and the cat barks, etc.? Well, that’s exactly how I felt. Then, the verbal beratement started. Tech Hubby, who didn’t get to bed until 1 this morning, got up to help me. Without me asking. I guess he sensed a Chernoble sized melt down coming.
There are so many reasons why I love this man and the fact that he comes to my rescue is just one of those reasons. Before I had the coffee made, he had fixed the problem. Ahhh, all is well in my tiny, but much loved blogdom. Long live Tech Hubby!
