This is easy and I want to encourage you to do this.
Invite two of your friends over for a tea party (you + friend + other friend = 3) + (someone you’ve met that you haven’t MADE time to get to know = 1) = 4.
So you are introducing this person two two other fabulous friends who will hopefully enrich that person’s life plus introducing that person into your friend’s lives which will hopefully have a positive impact on them.
If you haven’t met anyone knew (what are you some kind of a homebody or something? Get out there and make new friends!) ask one of your friends to bring someone you’ve and the other person haven’t met before. If we are supposed to be a global village why haven’t we ever met? Why don’t we know our next door neighbors?
The goal of this 3+1 party is to spread friendship and kindness to others. So, the next step after the first party is that each person from the party hosts their own 3+1 with different people. You can’t have the same three people. Six degrees of separation is for amateurs.

This is just what I need to do! I’ve been in mommy mode a long time and with my youngest entering HS, it’s time for me to make friends my own age. THANKS!!!!!
